The vocal powerhouse also performed her international anthem Break Every Chain. Cobbs garnered top awards for Break Every Chain, including Gospel Performance of the Year, Contemporary Gospel/Urban Song of the Year. Her Top 5 Billboard album, Grace won contemporary Gospel/Urban Album of the Year. The awards show, which celebrates Gospel and Christian music, will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the Allen Arena on the campus of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
The actual broadcast of the show will be on Monday, October 21st at 8:00pm eastern time on the UP network.

The awards given out are a representation of music styles, which includes Gospel, Contemporary Christian, Rap/Hip-Hip, Urban, Country, Worship, Contemporary and Traditional Gospel, Rock, Pop, Bluegrass, Spanish Language, and Inspirational.

Over thirty of the awards were given out at the pre-show ceremony which was streamed live on "Hear It First" and hosted by Jamie Grace and Chris August.
