Well, the answer is no!

Meaning that double chocolate muffin I mention earlier is a good carb, because most people like chocolate, but it is also high in protein. Many of the reviews are great about the Nutrisystem diet. Again, you will not hungry while using the diet. I am a firm believer that you should do your research. The reasons why Nutrisystem may work for you are going to be different from what works for everybody else.
Some people are using the diet for portion control, to make them eat better, to get into better shape, or to control a health problem. It really doesn't matter what the reason is, but what does matter is what your goals are and how you want to achieve them.
